What's changing with the tiers?
NEAR Mobile is moving from three tiers to two: Basic and Premium. Basic becomes more powerful and free for everyone, while Premium stays focused on power users and long-term supporters. The Ambassador tier is being retired.What do I get on Basic for free?
All users now get up to 2 wallets, Investor Info access, price change notifications, regular swap fees and standard staking fees (5%) — with no NPRO required.What are the new Premium requirements?
New Premium memberships require holding 500 NPRO with a 1-year commitment. In return you get unlimited wallets, Investor Info, premium human support, a 25% swap discount and 0% staking fees.Do I spend my NPRO to get Premium?
No. Your NPRO is locked, not spent — you keep full ownership the whole time. After the 1-year lock ends, if you downgrade you can withdraw all of it. Premium is a commitment, not a purchase.I'm already a Premium member — does anything change for me?

Ambassador members automatically move to Basic and keep the features now included for everyone — up to 2 wallets and Investor Info access. Users who want Premium under the current conditions (250 NPRO, 1-month commitment) can still do so until July 20th. After that, all new Premium memberships follow the updated model of 500 NPRO and a 1-year commitment.Is Premium support handled by real people?
Yes. Premium support will continue to be handled by real people, not AI bots. Keeping Premium focused on long-term supporters lets us provide a high-quality, personalized support experience.
