When you stake NEAR with the NEAR Mobile Validator, your funds always remain yours. Staking simply locks your NEAR temporarily so it can generate rewards — you can unstake it at any time following NEAR's standard unstaking period. You never lose access or ownership of your assets.Are $NPRO premium tiers free?
Premium tiers don't require monthly payments — instead, you unlock them by locking $NPRO inside your wallet. You keep full ownership of your tokens: you do not spend $NPRO, you can unlock premium features as long as your $NPRO stays locked, and you can unlock your tokens again after the lock period. This model is designed to reward users, not charge them recurring fees.What happens when I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
When you upgrade to Ambassador or Premium, your $NPRO is locked for 30 days. After that, you are free to downgrade at any time. If you downgrade, you lose access to premium features. Additional accounts remain in your wallet but can't be managed until you upgrade again — you can still back up all accounts. We recommend moving tokens back to your main account before downgrading so nothing becomes temporarily inaccessible.
